Terms and Conditions
Cardholders must have the plastic, electronic, or digital printable format of the Tamarack Resort Gift Card in their possession to redeem the value of the Gift Card.
Tamarack Resort Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
Tamarack Resort Gift Cards are available for purchase online or at participating Tamarack Resort locations/outlets. In most cases the Tamarack Resort Gift Card is reloadable. If your Tamarack Resort Gift Card is eligible, it can be reloaded at participating locations around the Resort or online via your Gift Card account.
Tamarack Resort Gift Cards carry no value until activated. Tamarack Resort Gift Cards are not returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred for value, except to the extent required by law. Lost, stolen, or damaged Tamarack Resort Gift Cards will not be canceled or replaced without card number and proof of purchase. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
Tamarack Resort Gift Cards purchased or bartered from sources other than Tamarack Resort licensed vendors (“Unlicensed Vendors”) are not valid or redeemable. Tamarack Resort is not responsible for honoring a Tamarack Resort Gift Card purchased from an Unlicensed Vendor. Tamarack Resort Gift Cards may not be resold by any Unlicensed Vendor or individual under penalty of law. If the Tamarack Resort Gift Card was purchased through an Unlicensed Vendor, Tamarack Resort reserves the right to refuse to provide any additional card information. In the interest of protecting you from fraud, we recommend consumers do not purchase Tamarack Resort Gift Cards from Unlicensed Vendors.
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate email address for electronic Gift Cards. Tamarack Resort is not responsible for delivery of a Tamarack Resort Gift Card to an incorrect but deliverable email address or a non-existent email address that is provided by the purchaser.
Use of Tamarack Resort Gift Card for Lodging
Tamarack Resort Gift Cards may not be used as the only form of payment for a reservation guarantee. A credit card must be provided to guarantee a room, and the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy apply. Guests cannot use Tamarack Resort Gift Cards to pay for reservations booked through third parties, such as online travel agencies.
Tamarack Resort Gift Cards can be used as a payment towards the reservation and applicable fees/services. Tamarack Resort reserves the right to request a form of security deposit in advance for expenses not covered by the Tamarack Resort Gift Card.
Risk of Loss, Limitation of Liability, and Choice of Law and Venue
Neither Tamarack Resort nor any of its affiliates are responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed Tamarack Resort Gift Cards or if any Tamarack Resort Gift Card is used without your permission.
For physical Tamarack Resort Gift Cards, risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser on Tamarack Resort’s delivery of the Gift Card to the carrier. For electronic Tamarack Resort Gift Cards, risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to recipient (the recipient may not always be the original purchaser).
Any disputes arising out of or related to Tamarack Resort Gift Cards or these terms and conditions will be handled individually without any class action and will be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of Idaho, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Purchases made with the Gift Card are similar to those made with cash, in that you cannot "stop payment" or lodge a "billing dispute" on purchases made with the Gift Card. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to the Tamarack Resort Gift Cards or these terms and conditions may be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

Other Important Notices
Changing these Terms and Conditions: We may change the terms of, or add new terms to, these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. In addition, we may suspend, cancel, add, modify or delete any feature offered in connection with the Gift Card, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. The most up-to-date Terms and Conditions may always be found here.
Data Protection and Privacy: During any Customer Service call, we may request that you provide the Gift Card security code printed on the back of the Gift Card, as well as additional identification information such as your home phone number, date of birth, and zip code. We may also obtain personal information ("Gift Cardholder Information") about you, including information (i) provided to us by the Gift Card purchaser, such as your name and/or your address, (ii) provided by you at the time of activation or during customer service calls, and (iii) about purchases made with the Gift Card, such as the date, the amount and the place of purchase.
Only those persons who need it to perform their job responsibilities are authorized to have access to Gift Cardholder Information. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural security measures that comply with federal regulations to safeguard Gift Cardholder Information.
Disclosure: We will use Gift Cardholder Information to process Gift Card transactions, provide customer service, process claims for lost or stolen Gift Cards and help protect against fraud. We may also use Gift Cardholder Information for marketing purposes and to conduct research and analysis. We will not share Gift Cardholder Information with any other person, except our affiliated companies. We may provide certain Gift Cardholder Information to others outside of Tamarack Food & beverage, LLC as permitted by law, such as to government entities or other third parties in response to subpoenas.
